What a fecking joke. We didnt get to give him a proper send off.
This is the first decision Roeder has made that I fully don't agree with, I hope it's not one he regrets.

yeah he had a send off of sorts, but it could never be a proper one as we didn't know if he'd be back or not and it's a shame for him to leave in this way.
I can't believe he has been treated this way. He is an NCFC legend. I can only presume that it's down to his high wages?

could be wages... i've read somewhere that he's "still on Premiership wages." it's interesting that they're saying he's not been offered a new contract... i'd have thought if it was a disagreement over wages then they'd have said "can't agree terms" rather than "not offered new contract."
but who knows...

I do like croft, and he was a huge player in our 13 game unbeaten run we had.

he was out for ages due to a bad shoulder injury that needed an op. came on as a sub in the qpr game, unused substitute at the weekend. hopefully he will come good in the new season, as long as he manages not to get injured again.
I personally don't really rate Chadwick.
We need to get rid of the Doc and possibly Shackell too.
Anyone can see that our defence is poor and it's the first thing that needs BIG improvement.
Then we need to sort out attackers.
I don't see what all the hype is about this Martin Patterson guy from Scunthorpe.
Definately Shackell for me he needs to go i havent been to many games this season (i will improve for next but everytime I have seen him he just looks like a liability!), you know I can't believe I am saying this but i would keep the doc! Not as first choice but is experienced enough to be counted on when called up! and whatever we all say about him, he can be a solid defender! (just likes to hug now and again, and play hoof ball)

Afterall, if he's bringing 8 or 9 new players in, you need someone who's been around the club for a while to settle you in, show you the ropes etc.
Obviously Hucks wpuld've been ideal but in his absence, You've only got Doc, Shacks and Drury who've been around for more than 3 seasons.
hmm thats an interesting opinion about doc. well, it's interesting that he hasn't been mentioned in today's cull list so i guess he'll be staying, or they're still trying to agree terms
