7/10. He's made a big difference but its not yet consistent enough. Transfer window has not gone as planned. But don't get me wrong, I think he's done really well and I hope he stays for a long time!

In my life supporting NCFC, Mike Walker.

Jose Mourinho and Iwan Roberts doubt act. It'd be like beauty and the beast.

Houllier - he'll stay for just over a year, get sacked then they'll get Shearer, who'll be sacked after 6 months etc etc. SOOOOOO fickle.

I'd give GR 8/10. Remember where we were when he took over, he has brought us a long way and it was never going to be easy. A run of 9 (league) games unbeaten is damn good too. Still a long way to go but i believe he will do great things with our club. I would like to see a bit more transfer activity sooner rather than later too.

At the moment i'd go for Wenger, his eye for talent is second to non and the football he gets his team to produce is the best I have ever seen

With Man u, Aresnal and Chelsea about I can't see them doing it anytime soon, again not without spending a lot of money, they buy some good players but he does bring a lot of dead wood in too and are so inconsistent

Lifetime award has to go to SAF, as much as i hate the guy he is a legend for Man u. My choice at the moment though is Wenger

I'd be firm with the boys, let them know who is boss but treat them right when they do good for me :)
