I can't understant it Patrick, I mean I have every faith in Roeder, but the lack of tranfers makes me think that the board are holding him back. He has stated that we need 3 or 4 new players yet seems to be doing nothing about it?!
I think we obviously ARE now good enough to stay up, and I poisonally won't miss any of the players who have left in our recent bargain basement clearance sale, BUT our squad is painfully thin now. I have every faith in our current starting 11 and maybe three of our usual subs, but it seems we are only a couple of injuries away from having to play the likes of Lappin/Spillane/Jarvis again
we do need a decent defender... doc seems to have improved, but to the detriment of shacks, it's all a bit worrying. and our strikers have the same scoring rate as i have... which isn't good!

I really doubt there will be any more news on the transfer front. Perhaps Glen is saving the money for the summer when he'll have more choice?

Melly the current squad will help us to an uninspiring but safe mid table finish, unless we have some sort of injury crisis. Otherwise not to worry.

I know this is what we all want, but I think Taylor plus a striker are vital.
Worrying that WBA are after Taylor, not just because of the higher bid, but because WBA would offer a realistic chance of Prem footy next season.
