matty patty will come as he's been slagging off the toon, i am despo for taylor, we might get ched, and i reckon there'll be a surprise

Climbing to a respectable upper mid table position with restored confidence and a thumping of the scum at Portaloo Road Huzzah!
2. How realistic are these hopes?
Pretty realistic
3. Are we going to sign anyone in the transfer window?
Yes. Davenport/Taylor and hopefully Evans. With Fozzy and Russell playing so well (and they've been fanatstic) I'm not sure we need Pattison as much as we need a decent striker. And I think Evans will be a great, great player.
4. Will we get rid of anyone do you think?
I think Murray, Brellier and Lappin will want to go.... But who would want them? As for Dave S, I feel sorry for him, I'm not sure he ever really got a decent go, and suspect he has much more to him than we've seen...but then again, I would always play Curo, Dublo, Evo and even Browno ahead of him.

10th/11th. I think we've given ourselves too much to do to get higher than that

WBA, Charlton and Watford

All home matches and Bristol and Southampton away

Marshall, but Fozzy and Russell are up there

Now I never thought I would ever say this, but Doc has played really well of late, and there are much worse players in our squad. I reckon Murray.

Delia, may I commend your beef ghoulash recipe? It is very nice. I am less keen on your pork a l'orange recipe, which I once made on New Year's Eve. It tasted like a particularly bitter marmalade, was almost inedible, and represented a poor end to the year 1999.
Its optimism all round then.
I wonder about Dave Striker - I had almost forgotten about him. A clearout of Grant's more ludicrous signings would be sensible.

Hope - Top 10 finish and FA Cup run one of which produces a european spot.
2. How realistic are these hopes?
Unlikely. The media are over-hyping the effect the ACoN will have on us (couple of league games and the african contingent includes the likes of traore who doesn't get a game) and Redknapp is playing it up to try and get the owner to open his wallet again. That said, the squad is a bit thin and our home form is a bit concerning at the moment. I suspect 9th place and out of the cup to the Binners on Saturday :(

We'll get a couple of loans in I should think - perhaps some money and Lita from Reading in exchange for Matt Taylor. There may be a big striker deal on the cards as well methinks.

Taylor will go and if we get any offers for some of the squad players then Redknapp may take the cash to boost his own kitty.

Pompey = 9th
Norwich = 12th

West Brom look nailed on. Them with Watford and Ipswich (if the latter can translate their home form to their travels).

Will probably make a couple of home games and would like to squeeze a couple of away days in :)

Kranjcar will continue to be as good as I predicted he'd be at the start of the season.

Utaka is no donkey but he's lazy as. I'm hoping that Nuge will get a run and some goals under his belt during the ACoN.
