...was just reading a story on the BBC website about how those upright custodians of our moral values Radio 1 have dubbed out the word "faggot" from Fairytale of New York by the Pogues. A remarkable and slightly random piece of hypocrisy bearing in mind their years of giving airtime to swaggering, bullying, "gangsta" mysoginists like Fifty Cent and Snoop Dog and their cretinous bet wetting hangers on like Justin Timberlake. Not to mention their endless repetition of mindless drivel, like that unbelievably brainless song that goes "I am horny, horny horny horny".
Anyway, I stumbled upon this lovely photo of Shane MacGowan.
MacGowan used to be famous for his dreadful teeth. He is less famous now, and I wonder if that is because he now has NO teeth?
